APVDOs Association State Executive Committee meeting held at A/C Conference Hall, Surya Hotel, Rajahmundry on 16.05.2010 (Sunday) at 10.30 AM. The meeting presided by P. Venkata Ratnam, Vice President of the Association in the absence of the President M. Janardhan Reddy. The General Secretary S. Bhaskar Reddy, Vice President K.N.V. Reddy, Joint Secretary Sri. Narasimha Rao, Zonal Secretary (Zone-II) Sri. M.V.S. Rama Prasad occupied the Dias.
District Office bearers from all over the state attended to this meeting. The East Godavari District Association made arrangements for this meeting including Accommodation, Lunch Local Conveyance etc.
The Executive Committee expressed their gratitude to the Government for the promotions which were recently given to the EO(PR&RDs) as MPDOs. The Executive Committee Demanded for Promotions from VDO Gr.I to EO(PR&RDs). The Association widely discussed about Clusters of Grama Panchayats, Categorization of Panchayat Secretaries and other issues.
The General Secretary S. Bhaskar Reddy has clarified all the doubts and questions raised by the district office bearers attended all over from the state.
The East Godavari District Association conducted felicitation to the newly elected State Office bearers by Garlands, shawls.
The meeting was ended with a nice Lunch in a homely atmosphere with happy and joy.
